The percent of original list price sellers received is up 7.0%. 95.5% in July 2013, compared to 89.5% same month last year.
The average sales price is down 9.8% in July 2013; $1,063.514; in July 2012 it was $1,178,679.
In Glencoe new listings of detached single family homes increased 55% in July 2013 compared to July 2012.
Closed sales are up 25% - 16 in July 2012, 20 in July 2013.
Average market time is down 55.8% - 201 days in July 2012, 89 in July 2013.
Average sale price for single family detached homes in Glencoe increased 27.6% in July 2013, to $1,302,950.
