Village Trustees to Hold Community Conversations in Winnetka

First community discussion will be led by Trustee Kristin Ziv at Peet's Coffee on Saturday.

WINNETKA, IL - A series of monthly "community conversations" are planned in Winnetka, with the first one to be held from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Winnetka Peet's Coffee.

Village Trustee Kristin Ziv first expressed the desire to hold the conversations, which are expected to touch on a number of issues important to village residents.

“Our Village is tackling significant issues that will affect Winnetka for decades—from stormwater infrastructure, to revitalizing our business districts, to phased-in water main replacement," said Ziv. "The Council’s goal is to keep people engaged and in the loop—especially those who cannot attend our evening meetings.”
