Mother’s Day is coming up this weekend. If you’re looking to make plans for brunch or any other great meal on Sunday, there are a range of restaurants across the North Shore offering special menus or deals. Take a look at the list below for 20 different options for spectacular Mother’s Day offerings or perhaps just a bit of inspiration. Reservations are being snapped up quickly so make sure to plan ahead.

Peckish Pig, 623 Howard St., Evanston

The restaurant and brewery is celebrating Mother's Day with two separate specials this weekend. On Saturday, May 13, from 2-4 p.m. reservations are required for a traditional English afternoon tea, featuring a variety of mini sandwiches, homemade scones, and a selection of homemade desserts. Cost: $20/adult; $10/Children 10 and under. Then on Sunday, May 14, the Pig is hosting Mother’s Day brunch with and great specials, a scone for Mom to take home, and live jazz music by Typhanie Monique from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Farmhouse Evanston, 703 Church St., Evanston

This year, treat Mom to Chef's Station's special three-course Mother's Day Menu. A three-course brunch menu is available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $42 per person. Pete Miller's Seafood & Prime Steak Evanston, 1557 Sherman Ave., Evanston
