The Winnetka Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Participated in PAWS Event During Week of Kindness

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group held a company-wide Week of Kindness in conjunction with the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation. Agents and employees from the Winnetka office planned a pet adoption event with PAWS. PAWS Chicago is a pet adoption organization built upon a no kill model. During the KoenigRubloff Week of Kindness, close to 500 Realtors® from 24 of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group offices organized their own events to volunteer time and services to organizations in their respective communities.

Julie Bradbury Miller, Managing Broker of the firm’s Winnetka office said, “During our PAWS event, 40 animals were adopted, plus we raised an additional $750 in donations and supplies for the organization.” She continued, “People arrived early to our four hour event and the pace was very brisk! People had an opportunity to learn more about PAWS and their life-saving initiatives. At the end of the day, I’m so pleased with our results.”
