Your Self as your Friend -New Perspectives, Self-awareness, Creative Expression: Workshop for Midlife Women

This gathering offers support toward developing a more compassionate and loving relationship with your Body, Mind and Spirit, guided by Sarah Karnes. Sarah has 15 years of experience in guiding healing meditations, transformational coursework and uplifts in mindset. Our evening of "TLC" evolves based on the group's energy and needs. It may include some or all of the following: Exploring new perspectives and perceptions of our physical body, self-awareness exercises to develop a compassionate, witnessing self, guided imagery for healing, meditation and/or centering practices, examining our "self talk" and choosing a kinder approach or exploring self-expression through art mediums. All of these are shared within a container of love, safety and aliveness.

Where: Inner Balance, 350 Pfingsten Rd #107 Northbrook, IL at the light where Pfingsten and Maria meet, ¼ mile south of Lake Cook Rd.
