Local Photographer Begins Model Search

Are you fun, charming, have a great smile, good grades and are under age 20 who is interested in modeling? Then this model search was made for you!


Kate Dwyer Photography (KDP) has launched a casting call for young models. As a model, representing the studio, you will have the opportunity to earn:

  • Incredible images within the newest sets for the studio as well as on-location sessions
  • Credit towards your portfolio or portrait credit towards one of the photography collections

Kate Dwyer Photography’s style is creative, fun and charismatic, photographing all kinds of unique and successful personalities. The studio is looking for teenagers who may not currently be models and will help represent the studio.

“This model search is about regular people and helping them see their beauty while being anambassador for our studio,” said Kate Dwyer, owner.

Dwyer wants to help teenagers build their self-esteem from within, not from the people theysee in magazines. “Being a model doesn’t mean a size or shape…it means a confidence,”Dwyer says.

Models will receive a free photography session to help try out the new sets, backgrounds,locations, and build a portfolio for Kate Dwyer Photography.

Tween/teens aged 13-20, boys and girls, are welcome to apply. Once your application is received and reviewed you may be contacted to setup the model interview and test photoshoot. Please keep in mind a parent or guardian must be present during the interview and allmodels must have good grades to qualify.

Kate Dwyer Photography is located in Naperville, Illinois and has been owned and operatedby Kate Dwyer since 2006. Kate brings over 25 years of photography experience in the corporate, commercial, wedding, children, teen, senior year, graduation and family portrait business.

At the age of 7, Kate picked up her first camera, and fell in love with the art ofphotography. In high school she served as both her school and year book photographer. Later at Columbia College, Chicago, she formally studied Photography.
