Find a State of the Union Watch Party Near You

The 2012 State of the Union address will be broadcast Tuesday on NBC from 8 to 10 p.m. CST.

You can find a State of the Union (or SOTU, as the cool kids call it) watch party at my.barackobama.com. Type in your Zip code to find all of the events taking place Tuesday and throughout the week. 

You can also register to host your own watch party on the site. 

As of 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, there were two watch parties in Naperville and one in Hinsdale registered on the site. 

Michelle Price is hosting one at her home at 3320 Danlaur Ct. in Naperville. Kim Savage, who associated groups include Woodridge for Obama and DuPage for Obama, is hosting a watch party at 5710 Astony Ct. in Hinsdale. 

You can RSVP for a watch party on the site. One watch party in Naperville and another in LaGrange have already reached maximum capacity. 

An event in Woodridge on the site: The Lisle Township Phoneback will host an event Sunday at the where you can meet local campaign staff and volunteer leaders who support Obama and learn how you can contribute to the campaign.
