'I Love Woodridge' Shirts Honor Village's 60th Anniversary

The shirts also commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Woodridge Park District.

WOODRIDGE, IL — Woodridge residents who have been looking for a way to show their village pride can now buy an "I Love Woodridge" t-shirt. The shirts, which celebrate the 60th anniversary of the village's founding and the 50th anniversary of the Woodridge Park District, will be available to purchase at several events throughout the community.

  • July 31 at Westminster Park Summer Concert (cash only)
  • Aug. 2 at Mending Wall Park for Movie Under the Moon (cash only)
  • Beginning Aug. 5 at Fred C. Hohnke Community Center and Woodridge Athletic Recreation Center
  • Aug. 7 at Lake Harriet Summer Concert (cash only)

The "I Love Woodridge" t-shirts are just $12 and are available in unisex adult sizes from small through XXL. Youth sizes are not available.

Funds from sales will help provide scholarships to Woodridge Park District residents by benefiting the Woodridge Rotary Financial Assistance Program.
