Woodridge Plan Commission To Host Virtual Meeting April 20

On Monday, April 20, 2020, at 7:30 p.m., the Plan Commission will consider two public hearing cases, both in the Woodgrove Festival shopping center located at 1001 75th Street. The first public hearing is a request by KC Woodridge/Kristin Kohn to open a Club Pilates location in Suite 113-A. This request requires a special use permit for a health and athletic club. The second public hearing is a request by NARE to allow the construction of a 2,400 square foot free-standing Starbucks building with a special use permit for a drive-thru. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeting will be held via teleconference and will be livestreamed for the public. Please visit the Village website for instructions on livestreaming.
