Brass Knuckles Found On Yorkville High School Student: PD
The student did not make any threats to the school, students or staff during the Monday incident, Yorkville police said.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Yorkville High School student found in possession of brass knuckles was charged with a misdemeanor Monday and sent home from school, police said.
The student did not make any threats to the school, students or staff, officials said in a news release, adding, "At no time was the safety of the school compromised."
Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 administration shared the incident with the Yorkville Police Department school resource officer who then charged the student with unauthorized possession of a weapon on school grounds.
