Counterfeit Money, Battery: Yorkville Blotter
Incidents occurred between Feb. 4 and Feb. 7.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Feb. 4
A Yorkville business received a counterfeit $20 bill. It’s unknown who gave the bill to the business.
Feb. 5
Jesus Flores, 36, of the 400 block of E. North St., was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer. The incident occurred in the 600 block of W. Veterans Pkwy.
Feb. 6
Police took a report of a battery. Police do not have a suspect.
Feb. 7
Brandon Triplett, 19, of the 1000 block of Hampton Lane, was charged with unlawful consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. The incident occurred at 200 W. Center St.
Paul Montiel, of the 100 block of Bertram Drive, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with reporting of domestic violence.
Devin R. Burnette, 22, of the 700 block of Cypress Dr. in Aurora, was charged with driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
