Deer Crashes Through Window of Yorkville Business

YORKVILLE, IL — A deer crashed through a window at Wheatland Title Sunday morning at 105 W. Veterans Parkway in Yorkville.

Yorkville police say when they arrived on scene at around 11:29 a.m. they found a broken window and the deer still inside. Several offices had been tramped and “were in disarray from the deer.”

A key holder responded to the incident and all entry doors were propped open for the deer to escape. As officers went inside, the deer jumped through another window and ran off.

Police were unable to locate the deer.
