Detective Sergeant Graduates from Law Enforcement Program

Program participants receive instruction on police management systems and practices, strategic approaches to patrol and investigations.

On Dec. 17, Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Detective Sergeant Joseph Jasnosz graduated from an acclaimed Illinois law enforcement program.

Police Executive Role in the 21st Century is a comprehensive and challenging program designed to equip police managers and executives with the professional development necessary for successful management and leadership.

The 200-hour executive development program meets the needs of senior law enforcement managers and executives for state-of-the-art professional development in law enforcement administration. Program participants receive instruction on modern police management systems and practices, strategic approaches to patrol and investigations, human resource issues, organizational communication and executive responsibilities.

Detective Sergeant Jasnosz is a 17-year veteran of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in business management, and a Masters of Arts in organizational leadership. He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety Executive Management Program and School of Police Staff and Command.

Kendall County Sheriff Dwight Baird strongly believes in continual training and education to help ensure members of the Sheriff’s office are knowledgeable and fluent with current management and leadership philosophies and best practices.
