Aqua-Paving Construction is the nation's premier commercial brick paving installer. We specialize in mechanical installation of permeable interlocking concrete pavers (PICP). We also perform traditional sand-set paver installations. Our owner, Bill Schneider, was the first brick paving contractor in the United States, opening our sister company LPS Pavement Co. 43 years ago. A true visionary and pioneer in our industry, he was the first to mechanically install pavers, mechanically screed setting bed using specialized equipment, and the first to mechanically install permeable pavers. He also created the current North American standard for permeable paver system design which is the only system approved by the ASCE, USEPA, FHWA, the USDOT, as well as the Canadian Ministry of Transportation.
