DUI, Burglary, Retal Theft: Yorkville Blotter
Incidents occurred between Jan. 29 and Feb. 3.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Jan. 29
Rick T. Fermazin, 49, of the 600 block of Tower Lane, was charged with driving while license suspended. Police knew he had a suspended license since he was arrested the night before for the same offense.
Jan. 31
Keith Thompson, 42, of the 100 block of E. Schoolhouse Rd., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of N. Bridge St.
Someone forced entry into a business through a glass window and stole the cash register drawer containing $500. The incident occurred in the 100 block of East Stage Coach Trail.
Feb. 1
Molly A. Rogers, 24, of the 2100 block of N. 4258th in Sheridan, was charged with retail theft. She allegedly removed a headband from its packaging, placed it on her head and walked out of the store.
Feb. 2
Michelle Guardiola, of the 2200 block of Lowell Street in Aurora, was charged with driving while license suspended. The incident occurred at Route 47 and Waterpark Way.
Feb. 3
Police investigated a criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to property incident after a resident saw the door to their home was damaged and someone went inside. The incident occurred in the 400 block of E. Park St. $400 worth of damage was done to the door.
