DUI, Threatening Text Message: Yorkville Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 26

A 24-year-old Yorkville woman said someone entered her home through an unlocked door and stole her wallet.

Jacinto Seba-Catemaxca, 40, of the 600 block of N. Center St. in Plano, was charged with driving under the influence. The incident occurred on Rt. 34 west of Game Farm Rd.

Feb. 27

A victim told police someone entered their unlocked car overnight and took various items.

Joseph C. Burrell, Jr., 40, of the 1300 block of Orchid Street, was picked up on a Cook County warrant for shoplifting after he allegedly refused to leave a business while he was under the influence.

Feb. 28

Robert C. Jacob, Jr., 54, of the 2000 block of Beresford Dr., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred on Kennedy Rd. west of McHugh Rd.

A person received a text message from an unknown phone number threatening her and her adult son.

March 2

Adam W. Howard, 31, of the 9000 block of Corniels Road in Bristol, was picked up on a warrant for domestic battery. The incident occurred in the area of Hydraulic Street and Morgan St.
