Waubonsee Community College invites you to The Olive Gallery to discover how to create delicious, homemade dressings using a variety of olive oils and vinegars. Gain insight from Cathy Bucaro as she shares the secrets of turning plain lettuce into a flavorful, healthy salad. Menu samples include: Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette, tasty Garlic and Oregano dressing, Cinnamon Pear, Red Apple and Lemon, and more.
