They may make you cry and they may be a bit smelly but onions are a versatile kitchen wonder that you can’t live without. In this month’s class, we’ll see how we can cook them up into three truly tasty treats you’ll savor. You’ll receive hands-on cooking lessons, recipes, and a fun tasting to complete class time. The class meets on Saturday, January 22nd from 1-3PM at the Historic Courthouse, 110 W. Madison St., Yorkville. There is a fee of $5 for the class and a small supply list.
