Graffiti Found on Oswego School Buildings

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

OSWEGO, IL — Oswego police are investigating multiple acts of vandalism that occurred at three Oswego schools.

Plank Middle School, as well as Churchill Elementary and the Oswego East marquee, were all found with graffiti on them, according to Oswego Police Spokesperson Cathy Nevara.

At Plank, doors, walls and a dumpster were defaced. Similar acts of vandalism were found at the other schools.

Nevara said the incident most likely happened sometime between 8 p.m. Feb. 16 and 5:40 a.m. Wednesday.

As of now, police do not have any suspects, but anyone with information is asked to call Oswego police at 630-551-7400.
