Obituary: Ida Mae Reck

Ida Mae Reck, age 88 of Yorkville, assed away on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at the Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora. She was born on Aug. 20, 1924 in Aurora, the daughter of George W. and Mary E. (Richards) Reck.

Ida was employed for many years as a Secretary for Kroehler’s Manufacturing in Naperville. She was a faithful member at the Beecher Center Senior Services in Yorkville. Ida was a loving daughter, sister and cousin who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Ida is survived by her brother, Joseph G. Reck; as well as many cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 East Countryside Parkway in Yorkville, with Pastor Fritz officiating. Interment will follow in the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Aurora.

Friends may visit from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home in Yorkville.
