Propane Tank Thrown Through Rear Windshield: Yorkville Blotter
Incidents occurred between Feb. 18 and Feb. 25.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Feb. 18
Police took multiple reports of burglary to motor vehicle incidents. A vehicle in the 1200 block of Spring Street had a cell phone charger and a bottle of cologne stolen from it. The victim told police he did not lock his car doors. That same night, a vehicle in the 400 block of Bruell Street had two fishing poles, a folding knife, binoculars, a bottle of cologne and an item worth $25 stolen. The victim told police he left his car doors unlocked.
Feb. 20
Jesse W. Eichelberger, of the 300 block of Fox Street, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Fox Street.
Feb. 23
Police took a report of a false unemployment claim. The victim was notified by his employer that a claim for unemployment was filed using his name and social security number. The victim is still employed and didn’t file the claim.
Feb. 25
Police are investigating a report of a 20 pound propane tank being thrown through the rear windshield of a vehicle. The incident occurred in the 300 block of E. Kendall Drive.
