Rodeo at Kendall County Fairgrounds to Affect Area Traffic
Highpoint Road between Route 71 and Legion Road will have a temporary traffic flow change.

The Fox Valley Pro Rodeo at the Kendall County fairgrounds will result in a temporary traffic flow change.
At 5 p.m. July 8 until around 10 p.m. and at 5 p.m. July 9 until midnight, Highpoint Road between Route 71 and Legion Road will have a temporary traffic flow change for expected heavy traffic congestion and safety concerns due to attendance at the rodeo.

At around 5 p.m. July 8, a temporary traffic plan will be implemented during the time the rodeo is in operation. All fairground traffic will be detoured to Legion Road and enter the fairgrounds off Highpoint Road.
Any traffic traveling southbound on Routes 71 and 47 will be detoured south to Legion Road, west to Highpoint road and north to the fairgrounds. All northbound traffic on Route 47 will turn west on Legion Road and enter the fairgrounds in the same manner.

All northbound traffic on Route 71 will be detoured to turn east on Legion Road then north on Highpoint to the fairgrounds. No traffic will be allowed to enter highpoint road from Route 71 while the rodeo is in operation. Highpoint road at Route 71 will be exit only.
Signage will be posted and Sheriff’s Deputies will be in the area. Be prepared to stop for traffic in all directions.
