Failure To Register As Sex Offender: Kendall Co. Police Reports

KENDALL COUNTY, IL —

Sunday, June 16

Domestic Battery

Jesus Quintanilla, 34, of Aurora, was arrested after police responded to reports of fighting in the 1300 block of Marketplace Dr. in Yorkville, at 12:36 a.m., June 16. Yorkville Police reported a male victim was hit on the hands and wrist by Quintanilla, and a female victim was struck on the left cheek by his closed fist. Police say both victims each signed two counts of misdemeanor battery. Quintanilla is being charged with four counts of battery.

Monday, June 17

Domestic Battery Investigation

Kendall County Sheriff's Office Deputies are investigating a domestic battery incident reported in the 99 block of Fox Run Drive in Fox Township.

Tuesday, June 18

Shamar Jernell Johnson, 21, of Aurora, has been charged with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office officials reported he was charged at 10:58 a.m., June 18.

Domestic Battery

Thomas Hilmer, 25, of Yorkville, was arrested following an investigation for a domestic battery incident reported in the 100 block of Bertram Ave at 7:04 p.m., June 18. Police say Hilmer has been charged with domestic battery.

Aggravated Battery

Hector Saldana, Jr., 46, of Montgomery, was arrested at 1:01 a.m., June 18, and charged with aggravated battery.

DUI

Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office officials reported Alyssa Christiane O'Malley, 29, of Chicago, was arrested on an adult misdemeanor charge at 10:10 a.m., June 18. She's been charged with driving under the influence.
