Oswego Police responded to a report of battery during PrairieFest at 9:45 p.m., June 16. Officials say a shoving match took place during the event, however nobody wanted to press charges. According to police, a 42-year-old male from Montgomery reported the incident.

Oswego Police report Robert J. Enriquez, 62, of Aurora, has been charged with domestic battery for an incident that took place just after 9 p.m., June 16, in the 2300 block of Route 34 near Fifth Street. Police say Enriquez court date is pending. Injuries were reported.

Saturday, June 17

Oswego Police report Peter W. Weber, 44, of Oswego, has been charged with domestic battery after a 57-year-old Oswego man reported an incident that took place on June 17 in the 100 block of Donegal Court and Mill Road. Weber was taken to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and his court date is TBD. No injuries were reported.
