Shots Fired At Yorkville Park Leads To Michigan Man's Arrest: Sheriff
He was one of two people with a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun shooting at a target at Saw Wee Kee Park in Yorkville, officials said.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Michigan teen is facing charges after he was found shooting a firearm in a Yorkville park, according to officials at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.
The 19-year-old Gangyi Cao, of Birmingham, Michigan, was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after the March 24 incident at Saw Wee Kee Park.
Deputies were dispatched to the park after receiving a report of two people with firearms. Detectives found several shell casings and fired shotgun shells along one of the trails before later locating two people with a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun, according to a news release.

Officials said at least one of the people was shooting straight down at a piece of clothing on the ground.
Both of the suspects were transported to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office for further investigation. Cao was charged, but charges have not been issued for the second person involved pending further investigation, officials said.
