Teens Charged With 16 Counts Of Criminal Damage, Broken Windows
They went on a destructive spree, shooting out the windows of 16 cars in Yorkville.

YORKVILLE, IL -- Three area teens were charged on Friday with 16 counts of criminal damage to property, according to a police report. The charges stem from the night of June 6 and morning of June 7, when they apparently went on a destructive spree with a BB gun.
As juveniles, the police did not include their names in the report. The teens are a 17-year-old from Plano, a 16-year-old from Plano and a 17-year-old from Earlville.
The damage was done in the areas of the Heartland Subdivision, Colton Street, Bristol Avenue and Jackson Street. It is unknown if anything was stolen, but in most of the instances, there was no theft involved.
