Warrant, Theft, Pot, Battery: Yorkville Blotter

Incidents occurred between May 21 and June 3.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 21

Quentin Plock, 35, of the 100 block of Randolph St., was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage. The incident occurred at Route 126 and Identa Road.

Ronald Paugels, 33, of the 100 block of Colonial Parkway, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended. The incident occurred at Boomer Lane and Cannonball Trail.

May 23

William B. Burton, 20, of the 400 block of Hubbard Circle, was picked up on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear on driving while license suspended charges. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Game Farm Road.

Police are investigating a theft of a cell phone that took place in the men’s locker room after school.

May 25

Darnell Lash, 25, of the 1300 block of Chestnut Lane, was charged with possession of cannabis. The incident occurred at Sycamore and Route 34.

June 3

Matthew Sheets, of the 3000 block of Magnolia Drive, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Countryside Parkway.
