Criminal damage to property
Yorkville Police say they're investigating after a theft was reported and a window was reported broken at 7:54 a.m., June 4 in the 700 block of game farm road. Police say there are $1,000 in damages.

Tuesday, June 5
Injuries from dog bite
Yorkville Police say a woman was bitten by her own dog at 11:45 p.m., June 5 in the 1400 block of Aspen Lane. She was taken to Rush-Copley Hospital for injuries.

DUI
Kendall Co. Sheriff's Deputies say they responded to a male in a vehicle that was stopped partially in the road on Route 26, a half-mile west of Old Ridge. That's where they located David Moore, 41, of the 1300 block of Rock Run in Crest Hill. Officials say they determined Moore was driving under the influence of prescription medication and he was taken to St. Joes Hospital for a medical evaluation. Moore was later arrested at the hospital, then released for personal recognizance.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego Police say they're investigating after 19-year-0ld man reported damage to property in the 2300 block of Route 34, near Fifth and Prairie Market. Police say the incident happened between 5 p.m. and 11:22 p.m., June 5.
