Join Andie Groff, Chocolatier, from The Chocolate Shoppe in Yorkville as she discusses the history of chocolate and how it was used throughout the world. Discover the importance of chocolate to the Mayans and Aztecs. Learn about where chocolate is grown and the current technology and manufacturing process involved in making this delicious treat. Finally, sample a variety of chocolates from different regions of the world.
