Yorkville Man Apprehended On Domestic Battery, Parole Warrants: KCSO

The man was charged in March with three counts of domestic battery, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Yorkville man was apprehended April 16 relating to a violation of parole and a domestic battery case in Kendall County, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said.

Walter King, 31, was wanted on an outstanding Kendall County warrant for domestic battery, stemming from a sheriff's office investigation, as well as a parole violation warrant issued by the Illinois Department of Corrections.

King was charged on March 11 with three counts — two misdemeanors and one felony — of domestic battery, bodily harm, inmate records show.

The man was taken into custody without incident by members of the sheriff's office and United States Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force. As of Monday, he remains in custody at the Kendall County jail.
