Parks (boonecountydailynews.com) — A Zeigler resident, Sarah Emberton, is among the surviving children of Theresa June Parks, a 65-year-old Southern Illinois native who recently passed away in Indiana. Parks, a Christopher High School graduate who worked in healthcare and loved crafting, leaves behind a large extended family across Zeigler, Mulkeytown, Benton, and beyond. A Celebration of Life in Southern Illinois will be scheduled later.
