CARMEL, IN -- A well-known Carmel park is closed due to flooding from this week's heavy rain and snow, city officials report. The City of Carmel says Flowing Well Park on East 116th Street will reopen once city officials can safely make sure the well's water is free of harmful bacteria.
City officials also ask community members to also use caution at Hazel Landing Park due to the White River's water levels.
