• National Powwow celebration returns to Hendricks County in July (wthr.com) — Danville will host National Powwow 19 at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds July 9–12, bringing four days of Native singing, dancing, crafts, and kids’ activities. Organizers expect thousands of visitors, dozens of vendors, and daily gates opening at 8:30 a.m., with affordable ticket and parking prices benefiting a local Scout troop. 
• Indiana Ag Educators Laura Crosby and Cameron Frazier Earn Prestigious National FFA Leadership Roles (hoosieragtoday.com) — Danville Community Schools agriculture teacher Laura Crosby has been reappointed a National FFA Teacher Ambassador, giving a local educator a national platform to shape ag education.
