Grief can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Join Wellfield volunteer, Janet Quatman, who has experience in grief support, for a gentle, easy-paced group walk offering community, quiet reflection, and space to honor the loved ones we have lost.
Whether you’d like to share your experience or simply walk in companionable silence, all feelings and paces are welcome. Along the way, we’ll pause at scenic spots for optional moments of reflection and shared remembrance.
Come as you are, walk at your own pace, and find comfort in the company of others who understand that grief is a journey best taken together.
Registration is appreciated but walk-ins are welcome. This program is free with Wellfield Membership or admission ($10/adult).
