Workforce groups get $10.2M in federal grants for reentry employment (ipm.org) ā Elkhart County residents returning from prison could soon see more job-training help thanks to a share of $10.2 million in new federal RESTART grants. Nonprofits Keys2Work, RecycleForce and 2nd Chance Indiana will use the funding to train hundreds of formerly incarcerated Hoosiers in trades and apprenticeships, with 2nd Chance Indiana specifically working in Elkhart and several other counties over the next three years.
