• Bloomington Transit board OKs Keolis management contract 3–2, McDaniel now says he's out (bsquarebulletin.com) — Bloomington Transit is changing management firms and also beginning talks on how to handle the looming end of Rural Transit's Bloomington-to-Ellettsville route after Dec. 31. Board members say resources are tight, but they'll work with Ellettsville and Monroe County on possible options as they also pursue a major federal grant for new facilities and buses.
