The ordinance sets strict container, serving, and boundary rules, with fines for violations and enforcement by Fishers police and city staff.

Fishers 1 of 6 Indiana cities tied for seventh in July scam reports (northindynews.com) — Fishers logged six scam reports with the Better Business Bureau in July 2026, jumping from just one the previous month and ranking seventh among 152 Indiana cities. 3. Federal fraud probe of Cadillac F1 parent company raises questions in Fishers (larryinfishers.com) — Fishers' new Cadillac F1 headquarters campus is tied to a federal fraud investigation involving its parent company, TWG Global, raising questions about the project's long‑term stability. Regulators are scrutinizing billions in affiliated insurance investments, though TWG says it isn't selling the racing teams and the Fishers site currently remains on track.
4. HSE Schools Celebrates New Era for Historic Fishers Elementary (larryinfishers.com) — Families in Fishers now have a dramatically expanded and modernized Fishers Elementary, following a three-year, $45 million renovation that preserved part of the historic building. The project nearly doubled classroom space, upgraded safety and traffic flow, and kept students on-site throughout construction, marking a new chapter for one of the community's oldest school campuses.

God's Pit Crew packs 2,000 blessing buckets for victims of natural disasters across the U.S. (wfxrtv.com) — Disaster-relief group God's Pit Crew is sending "Blessing Buckets" of emergency supplies to Fishers to help residents recovering from recent flooding. Volunteers in Danville, Virginia, packed more than 2,000 buckets for communities nationwide, with some already earmarked for Fishers and others reserved for future disaster responses.
