• Komets rally during second and third periods to secure win over Indy Fuel (21alivenews.com) — Fort Wayne Komets fans have reason to celebrate after the team took a 2-0 playoff series lead over the Indy Fuel with a 5-1 win Saturday. After a scoreless first period, the Komets exploded for three goals in the second and two more in the third, and now head to Fishers for games three and four starting Tuesday night.
   

• Stutzman on White House Dinner: shots '50 to 75 feet away' (wane.com) — Fort Wayne viewers heard directly from Rep. Marlin Stutzman after he witnessed gunshots fired just outside the ballroom at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C. He described hearing three to four shots roughly 50 to 75 feet away as guests were beginning their salads. Stutzman also stressed the need for tighter security and praised President Trump’s response.
