• Record number of potential workers are turning their backs on labor force (journalgazette.net) — Northeast Indiana’s job market looks strong on paper, with July unemployment at just 3.3% in the Fort Wayne metro area, but local experts warn that figure hides many residents who’ve stopped looking for work.
