📰 News we're reading
• Strawberry Treats to Benefit United Fund (wtreradio.com) — Greensburg residents can enjoy strawberry shortcake on June 5 at the Decatur County United Fund’s Strawberry Festival on the south side of the courthouse square. Proceeds support 19 local programs that boost education, financial stability, and health, and businesses can even arrange delivery for bulk office orders.

• Law enforcement blitz to target unbuckled drivers, passengers (1010wcsi.com) — Greensburg police are joining a statewide “Click It or Ticket” crackdown through May 31, putting extra officers on the roads to catch unbuckled drivers and passengers. Expect zero-tolerance seat belt enforcement, including citations for unrestrained kids and those not in proper child or booster seats, as Indiana works to keep its already high seat belt use rate climbing.
