• William 'Bill' Noble Greene Jr. « The VW independent (thevwindependent.com) — Hamilton residents are remembering William "Bill" Noble Greene Jr., born in town in 1949, who went on to serve nearly three decades with the Van Wert Fire Department. Known for his dedication to fire safety and his love of hunting, fishing, taxidermy, and custom rod-making, he is survived by his son and stepdaughter.
