Indianapolis Beat Out By Portland In 'Best Domestic Airports' List

Indianapolis International Airport was voted second by readers for Travel + Leisure's '10 Best Domestic Airports' List.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - We have the second best airport in the country, also known as Indianapolis International Airport, according to Travel + Leisure Magazine. Indianapolis scored the number two of 10 spots in the "10 Best Domestic Airports" list, part of Travel + Leisure's "Worlds Best Awards" which are voted on by readers. Travel + Leisure's domestic airport rankings we based a factors such as check-in and security, restaurants, bars, shopping, design and accessibility.

What does Portland International Airport, the magazine's number one choice, have that we don't? Apparently certain carpet that has it's own Instagram hashtag.
