• Pedaling for privacy: Cyclists protest Flock cameras in Indianapolis (wishtv.com) — Hundreds of Flock license-plate cameras now watch Indianapolis streets, and more than 60 local cyclists rode from Garfield Park to Monument Circle to protest what they see as warrantless mass surveillance. Organizers stress education over vandalism and are pushing for stricter rules and more transparency around how IMPD and others use and store camera data.
   

• Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen arrested on OWI charges (wkrg.com) — Indianapolis Colts receiver Keenan Allen was arrested early Sunday in downtown Indianapolis on preliminary OWI misdemeanor charges after police say they found him in a no-parking zone and observed signs of intoxication. He'd played hours earlier in a preseason game at Lucas Oil Stadium, and the team says it's gathering more information as the NFL reviews potential discipline under its alcohol policy.
   

• Protesters condemn Miami ICE facility at vigils across Indiana (indystar.com) — Protesters gathered across Indianapolis, including downtown, Broad Ripple, Irvington and Castleton United Methodist Church, to denounce ICE detention at Miami Correctional Facility and call out harsh federal immigration tactics. Local faith groups, volunteers, and neighborhood residents shared firsthand accounts from detainees, tying the issue to Indianapolis' own moral responsibilities and history of community prayer walks.
