📰 News we're reading
• Indiana Sec. of State's office outlines recount, contest petition process following primary election (fox59.com) — Knightstown’s clerk-treasurer and town council races are so close—and complicated by an electronic ballot error affecting some out-of-town voters—that candidates may soon seek recounts or challenges. State officials have opened the window for recount petitions through May 22, and any Knightstown challenges would go through Henry County’s courts and election board.

• Knights win boys title; Tigers win 2 trophies (westernwaynenews.com) — Knightstown track fans will want to know that Will Davis won the boys discus and the Knightstown boys team scored 49.5 points at Hagerstown’s long-running Tiger Booster meet. Northeastern captured the boys title, while Hagerstown claimed the girls crown and combined team trophy in a cold, rainy but competitive night.
