• McCordsville man faces sexual battery charge following incident with restaurant co-worker (greenfieldreporter.com) — A McCordsville resident has been charged with sexual battery and public nudity after an alleged June incident involving a 17-year-old co-worker at a Greenfield Subway, and he remains under court-ordered restrictions. Hancock Superior Court 2 entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, set bond with a hold due to his prior cases, and scheduled a pretrial hearing for November.
