Essex (boonecountydailynews.com) — A longtime New Ross resident, Darrin Dewayne Essex, 56, has passed away, and friends and neighbors can pay their respects this Friday in nearby Jamestown. The Western Boone graduate and E & M Produce owner is remembered for his love of farming, mushroom hunting, and family, with visitation and funeral services set for the afternoon of September 18.
