• $39.9 million roundabout project set to begin at 146th Street, Hazel Dell Road (wishtv.com) — A multi-year, $39.9 million project will rebuild the 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway intersection on the Carmel–Noblesville border into a large roundabout-style interchange aimed at reducing crashes and congestion. Work starts this fall and runs through 2029, following a similar project at Allisonville Road and plans for another at Gray Road, reshaping a key corridor for Noblesville commuters.
   

• 'Burb Bites: Shein's Central Indiana footprint expands (axios.com) — Noblesville residents can check out this Saturday's free TradeUp Fest at Riverview Health Arena, combining a country concert with hands-on skilled-trades career exploration. The city may also see Ryan Fireprotection's $25 million headquarters expansion, pending a tax abatement request to the Noblesville City Council in October, while nearby communities add new housing, races, and a Shein facility.
   

• Marilyn Dearmon, 95, Noblesville (wuzr.com) — Noblesville is mourning longtime resident Marilyn Dearmin, a devoted church member, Belfry Theatre volunteer, and former National City Bank trust officer who passed away at 95. Friends and neighbors can honor her life at a memorial service on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Noblesville First United Methodist Church on Monument Street.
