Police say many people were nearby when shots were fired but no witnesses have come forward, and they're urging residents to share tips anonymously through Michiana Crime Stoppers, which may also offer cash rewards.
   

• LOS ANGELES 2028: LA28's Olympic Torch Relay invitation to cities asks no fee for stopping and celebrating, but requires free support services (thesportsexaminer.com) — South Bend is one of the first cities named in documents outlining what it would take to host a stop on the 2028 Olympic Torch Relay.
