City Of South Bend: North Shore Drive To Close Thursday, July 15

July 14, 2021

Starting Thursday, July 15, North Shore Drive from Leeper to Niles avenues will be closed for AEP to install an underground transmission line. A section of the East Bank Trail from Angela Boulevard to North Shore Drive will also be closed at this time. Detour routes will be Leeper and Niles avenues. The street is expected to reopen Thursday, August 12, weather permitting.
