Press release from the St. Joseph County Government:

September 1, 2021

Starting September 7, 2021, St. Joseph County Commissioners will accept bids for the certificates of sale on properties that are delinquent for taxes and/or special assessments. 

The property tax sale will run until September 10, 2021.   For questions about how you can bid on these properties please contact the Treasurer's Office @ 574-235-9531.
