Stolen Walmart Semitrailer Found Near Mishawaka Home

MISHAWAKA, IN — Mishawaka Police Department is investigating after six people were detained in an incident involving a stolen Walmart semitrailer. WSBT reported police say a trailer belonging to Walmart was stolen outside of the state, and a large amount of merchandise was being unloaded into the garage of a home on Grape Road, across the street from Meijer.

WSBT said the tractor (front, cab part of the semi) was towed away by police as it doesn't belong to Walmart.

Police say 6 people have been detained. The tractor (cab of the semi) does not belong to Wal-Mart and was towed away by police. Authorities remaining on the scen e until Wal-Mart comes to collect it’s trailer. pic.twitter.com/viz99dHZJl
